Nothing could be easier!  One just has to subscribe to the site.  The subscription is completely free.  It only has to be done once in order to be able to contribute with as many contents as desired in the future.  This registration is necessary so that the user can be clearly identified when proposing a content to the site.  Besides the solicited information, the user should clearly accept the site’s general conditions of usage (as against the user without subscription to whom the conditions of usage are implicit).  We recall that this subscription will also grant access to all the other functionalities of the site and the enjoyment of other advantages (consult the questions-answers on the site’s levels of access in order to find out more about this matter), afterwards it will be enough to click at the bottom of the welcoming page over the option “suggest a content” and fill in the formulary provided to that effect.

Extremely easy!  Only have to subscribe the site.  The subscription is free.  It only has to be done once in order to contribute with as many comments or scores as you might desire.  This registration is necessary so that the user can be clearly identified when making an entry, be it a comment or a score.  Besides the solicited information, the user should also accept the site’s general conditions of usage.  We recall that this inscription will grant access to other functionalities of the site and the enjoyment of other benefits and advantages (consult the questions-answers on the site’s levels of access in order to find out more about this matter).  Afterwards you only have to insert the comments and scores in the rubrics of your choice and in the fields provided for that effect.

I want to make a point or a comment related to the site.
You can make use of the option “CONTACTS”, on the left side of the screen in the site’s fixed area, to contact us in order to file a complaint or any other comments or suggestions to the site, be they positive (it will fill us with pleasure) or negative (but constructive, of course).

I want to make a complaint regarding a service, a product, or a promotion proposed by the site.
One can make use of the option “CONTACTS”, on the left side of the screen in the fixed area of the site, in order to contact us and file a complaint or make a comment.  In what concerns complaints regarding services directly promoted by the site, the user is requested to, in a detailed manner, fill the formulary provided and inform of the problems encountered.  If the user is not a site subscriber, please do not forget to provide the personal data as well.  Everything will be done as swiftly as possible in order to find agreeable solutions to the presented complaint.  However, we ask the reader to carefully read the general conditions of usage which clearly define the liability limitations of certain issues and, above all, when concerning complaints related to eventual damages deriving from the site’s contents.  In what concerns complaints related to services or products offered by the site and its associates, and as stated in the general conditions of usage, we decline any responsibility in any problems encountered with transporting or utilizing the above mentioned services or products.  Obviously, we desire to be informed of any such problems and will immediately communicate your complaint to our associates.  However, the only complaint which will have any validity will be the one done by the user directly to our associate.  If, by any reason, when wanting to make a complaint, you do not possess the contact of our associate, we will provide you with that contact within a 48h period.

I made a comment about the site but I was not published.

If you have entered a comment about the site it implies that you are a registered user (check the different access levels to the site in “questions-answers” in case you are not a registered user).  There usually is a delay between the comment being sent and it being published in the site.  This delay, which should normally be of 48h, is necessary so that your comment is viewed by our services before being published on-line.  The site has all confidence in the maturity and responsibility of its navigators still, all comments have to be viewed in order to ensure  they do not have racist, pornographic, or any other damaging connotations that might tarnish someone’s good repute.

My comments on the site are shown in idioms other than mine.  Is that common practice?
Indeed, it is common practice that comments are translated in all the idioms the site works with.  Such a system is much more participative and wide reaching, and enables us to know the opinions of people from different nationalities and backgrounds.

I want to proposition a correction in a dossier/article/news.
It is quite simple :  just have to send the information by e-mail to info@LivinginLisbon.com. Let us thank you in advance for such a participation.
